Hi,

I recently purchased a house in fox grove community. There is a box power supply near my fence. It is not too big or too small. A medium size one. Is it going to be a problem when i try to resell my house? I know it is too late.

Those power boxes are a fact of life in neighborhoods with buried utilities. Considering that the alternative is overhead wires, I'd be surprised if future potential buyers of your home consider it to be a drawback.

i wouldn't think it would be too much of a problem --- a few builders have told us that they are required to put the boxes up front now instead of in the back yard, like they used too...

the boxes can be an eyesore but i don't think it will be a deal breaker on the selling of a home --- you can always plant some boxwoods or something around it to try to conceal it --- just don't plant something you LOVE because if CPS ever needs to access the box they will tear down your shrubs...
