Tracking condom purchases??? Forbes needs to get a life! Of course, you could also look at this as San Antonio is one of the smarter cities that practice safe sex.

Anyway, what's next? We'll be one of the top 10 obese cities because we have lots of restaurants?

That would indicate a lack of contraceptives. Lots of protected sex, but plenty of unprotected sex, as well.
