Is anyone familiar with the Maverick/Sunshine Estates part of town? Specifically the area bounded by Babcock on the north, St Cloud on the East, Hwy 421 to the south and Hillcrest to the West. In the vicinity of St Paul's Catholic Church and St Paul's Community Center. Is it a reasonably safe area?

Thanks in advance!

Um, I'm lost. "Relative" what? Or were you referring to my use of "reasonable"?

I found the crime stats and some more info online. The particular area I'm looking at has good stats. I thought it might, it's actually closer to the Mormon church than the Catholic church (I've never seen a Mormon church in a bad part of town anywhere I've lived). I think it's the Donaldson Terrace area.

I live in the northern part of Donaldson Terrace area & the crime is not bad. It seem that most of the crime is further south (towards St Cloud area).
