it was buisy today! I love this tattoo but I got to admit this one is giving me a nasty rash than the previous one. I love the feeling you get once the needle starts ripping the skin. Its moments like that that send shivvers up my spine. although its not done yet. We decided to leave out the background. He says hes going to work on it, but in the meantime I could get creative and draw something up. But i'll leave the drawing to a proffessional or else all I'll wind up is stick figures.

I got this for myself as an early chritmas present

It's probably because of the amount of work and how dry our skin is from this weather lately. I put gobs of lotion on mine every day and they still are totally dry by the afternoon.
and I don't blame you for letting him get creative, he's good at that. he's good at everything actually

no, there's an artist that really sticks out. He looks like someone you would see in a coffee shop on campus, not a tattoo artist. Maybe they got rid of him. Mark didn't like him at all and I didn't either, just from my first impression. I know you're not supposed to do that, but we all do, just most don't admit it.

I've got an appointment this friday night for some new ink. I'll be sure to post pictures when I can. Anyone familiar with Michele Wortman? I'm going to be going for her style of work. I'm really looking forward to it. And it will be my first non-hidden one so I guess I'm taking the leap!

I have heard of her now that I googled her name..
I like that style a lot, especially all the color and I would like to add something that has more color, but I don't know what. Where are you getting it done?
I think I've figured out my next one, though. It's some cover art off this punk band named Avenged Sevenfold. I have no idea what their music sounds like, but I really like the artwork.

Verrry interesting! A quick google of the band, and this info came up (which I found interesting): Avenged Sevenfold - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Anyway, I'm getting it done at Divine Line (Douglas Billian). He's the only SA tattoo artist to be invited by Kat Von D to her MusInk show! My first one with him but I have a friend referral and his site shows you his work. So excited!

I like his work, especially that nurse thing. He doesn't list the actual location on his site, though.
