Sorry, I can't help too much since I have been seriously neglecting my hair. I have gone to Cache (I don't remember how they spell it?) in the stripmall on Potranco behind Westcreek and I was pretty happy with them.

Try Lisa at Pure Posh. It is at the corner of Blanco and Huebner.

Me too! I would like for folks to DM me too. My hairdresser in KY was absolutely awesome and I trusted her completely.....we were friends too over the years and we both cried when I left. She even wrote down my color formula for me to give to whoever I find here. Would love to find a salon that uses Wella color.

I've been really happy with Aveeda Salons, in particular: K Charles and Co K Charles & Co is a full service Aveda Lifestyle Salon in San Antonio, Texas.. They have a few locations and stylists are rated and costs are based upon their experience. You can ask for a Master stylist if you want color however if you ask for a Senior stylist a Master stylist will oversee the work. Also, since your having your hair dyed you will probably really liked Aveeda dyes. Before I had my hair colored by Aveeda my hair was like straw Aveeda dyes are really gentle and environmentally friendly. Also the K Charles salons have a nice spa like feel to them and everyone there seems pretty up to date.

I'm sure I'll sound ignorant...but since I'm a newbie to the area - I'll take a chance! Who is Leslie Bohl Jones??
