About midway down the page, in the "Attachments" section, you will see a link titled "flyer" open it an it is pdf document with the master plan for the lot, it looks like 2 large anchor tenants with about 50 smaller tenants and an apartment complex behind it. (Very similar to the development the walmart is in at 1604 and Culebra)

The 1604/Culebra walmart development area appears to be pretty nice to me. I despise walmart, but that is really the only issue I can see with that development. It is aesthetically pleasing (to me) and those apartments seem to be well maintained. I also think they are all open market apartments with nothing locked out specifically for section 8's.. That is the problem with those townhomes in the front of Westcreek's Military Dr. entrance. Unfortunately, some section 8 housing inhabitants are also gang members and criminals. I did not say all of them are, but anyone that's lived in Westcreek for over 5 years will surely agree there was a change for the worse as soon as they opened. The really crappy part is the honest hard working people that live there pay a fortune in rent. I know several people that pay full price rent there and it's crazy expensive.
Gotta love hard-core economic redistribution in action...

Thank you. For some reason, my screen won't open it all the way? Darn technology (or operator error)

Phase 1 was mama's place. Phase 2 was the house I used to rent. Phase 3...good question. In all honesty, I probably won't go anywhere. Just the area here is changing too quick imo. There was a reason we moved out here back in the day. And that was because the only thing next to you was nothing really. Oh well...

Hey, thanks for finding the info.! Wow, that will really change the landscape, huh?? Hopefully there will be some "upscale" type shops........not just nail salons and check cashing places!!!

I can't wait to see how bad traffic will be once that place is built! Blech!

Yep, I can remember being one of the first 25 houses on Creek Knoll and having nothing but trees after that. I liked how we were literally on the edge of the neighborhood. Now there's all those houses all jammed in together and more houses after that and so on and so on.. blah
I noticed Rapid City, SD got a nice blizzard yesterday.. that's definitely more my style all around.

We're on Sage Run, and have the same issue. ALL that land right next to Wiseman backs to our home and our triangular "greenbelt"...very sad. Almost all the deer and hogs are gone....the land has been mostly cleared. They cleared it early, in hopes of getting commercial investors, but nothing that I've found has happened yet.

Or remember the small herd of cattle that would eat our lawns.
