For those that pay their own property tax (vice your mortgage company paying it) in two installments, do you get a bill for the remaining balance? I know it's coming due soon and I can see the balance due on the tax website. Just can't recall if I'll get a payment coupon or what?

tax rebate, tax bill...from one hand right into another!

That's how we pay our taxes. We do get a bill for the June 30 installment, but it always arrives no earlier than the first of June. Considering the size of that bill, it's too bad it doesn't arrive with more lead time.

We just pay ours in one lump sum in January. Keeps us grounded at Christmas knowing we have to drain the checking account after Santa visits.

Yeah, that WAS my plan....didn't quite work out that way!

Thanks for the info Bowie! As painful as it is, I've gotta get that paid before June - I'm on vacay for the month and would prefer NOT to worry about it. I've been trying to get onto the website since my last post and their server must be down or something.
Anyway, thanks!
