I know this is literally the worst time (in history?) to be shopping for ammo, but I was wondering what it's like out there. Are there a hundred people waiting in line outside of Academy every morning? How frequently do places restock? I have an *ok* supply of some calibers, but I'd like a bit more and don't mind waiting in line if it'll (eventually) pay off.

Thanks for any tips you might have to offer. Cheers!

If you want more than 100-150 rounds at a time, you're likely better off finding it online at Midway, Natchez, PSA, etc. Fortunately, I'm usually well-stocked in ammo, but still managed to grab another 5k or so rounds of 5.56 and .45 before it went completely nuts.

Buy whatever ammo you need to buy, but my opinion is... stay off social media and you'll be just fine.
I've managed to interact with people all week without it turning political, but then again the people I interacted with this week are not internet junkies.
