Hi ,
I am looking to check if any Indian community members resides near Downtown San Antonio,Texas.
I know majority is located nearMedical center/ stone oak area.

People live all over the city. You could find someone of any ethnicity anywhere in the city. But, there is no Indian "community" in downtown. There are really no ethnic communities in downtown. People from larger cities are used to the "XXXX" neighborhood. SA doesn't really have that type of setup.

Not Downtown, but West side, near Medical Center. Depends on your budget and needs.

I really have no idea. They are likely spread around town, but my guess is there would be that there be many in the apartments near USAA due to the large H1B employee presence at that company. Most of the South Asian grocers seem to be in this area as well.

When it comes to cities that don't really have ethnic enclave, reaching out to the local churches/temples and grocers of your particular ethnic group is always a good start.
