H-E-B, the largest grocery chain in Texas, has reversed course and will now require rather than recommend that customers wear masks inside its stores.

Silo restaurants are maintaining their mask policy and Covid protocols.
Chama Gaucha still requiring masks, but customers allowed to serve themselves from the salad bar now.

My two favorite restaurants and my car repair facility have mask optional policies.

No names given.

Got my second COVID vaccination. My wife and I are both in Category 1b and, additionally, she has underlying health issues. She needed to sit in a seat awaiting our turn. An obese woman in the vicinity was screaming that my wife was not socially distancing.

I told her that if she did not think she was far enough from my wife to take a step away. "Karen" was incensed. My next remarks were appropriate but unheard by my wife.

Please quit coming to Texas and try to make it the way it was where you came from.

While I agree with your prior comments I don’t know what that last sentence has to do with it. It is possible to be from Texas and have enough common sense to wear a mask in your unmentioned businesses.
