Dont remember how I did my taxes but I got mine already ($1200) and spent half of it on Mothers Day. I wish they would have just sent us a $1200 gas card.

You can go to irs.gov, choose the wheres my stimulus payment at, and then where it asks for your social security number, how you filed, and the number of exemptions claimed, you will know exactly how much you will receive, and when.

We owed a small amount this year, so no direct deposit. But we filed electronically. I wonder if that still means we'll get a paper check. We've received our refunds through DD all the previous years though... wonder if it's still on file.

you can follow this link, fill in the info, and it will tell you exactly, how much, and when you will receive your advance on 2008 income tax refund.
