I hope this hasn't been posted here before . This is a neat website. You can find out how much $$ houses have sold for on your street or in your subdivision. There is also a LOT of other information on there (mostly from bcad). It was a little tricky finding out how much the houses sold for, after you do a search for the street or subdivision, pick any house, when that house info comes up click on "street" or "subdivision" next to "sales data". I just thought that y'all would be interested.

Interesting site, but the sales numbers aren't recorded. It's BCAD appraised values, which are way off. It's also got the name of my neighborhood completely wrong. The street names are correct, but it's calling it a different neighborhood.

Dang, I just went back and read the small print about the appraisel amounts . I thought that it was giving the actual sales price. Sorry about that.
