Bulverde should be annex to San Antonio since a lot of the movers and shakers in San Antonio live in Bulverde as well as in Boerne. The city is growing tht way anyway and any new develpment is welcome to add to the traffic on 281

San Antonio cant annex them Bulverde is incorporated and teaming with Boerne to block San Antonio from annexing north of them. The idea is called the Boerne wall and more recently the Bulverde wall.

True, Boerne and Bulverde cannot be annexed, but the only way to prevent San Antonio from annexing the land would be if Boerne and Bulverde annexed the land first.
