Definitely not the end of this mask mandate fight but kudos to Abbott for fighting back hard on this.

Kudos to the first 'offical' functional and applicable / actionable report on how to control an aerosal viral spread. (Would have been a good project for a 5th grader during Covid WFH ~ March 2020)

A "black light" illustration is pretty graphic and understandable.

There are several you tube's from WFH engineers that are quite descriptive..
Now to put it together and move forward with a plan and with success!

Nothing difficult.
No battles, no argument (or expensive attorneys) required.

"Here is how it happens. Fix it".
Live on. (pretty normally)

And once again, local judge overrules the Governor, and grants a temporary injunction allowing local mandates to remain in effect.

So this judge was overruled on appeal by the Texas Supreme Court and the mayor judge shops again and another TRO was granted.

Why was that not a settled issue when first overruled?

It's the same judge that issued the original TRO.

I thought no meant NO.
