Deerfield, Mission Ridge, Walker Ranch, Inwood come to mind also for NEISD. Check the middle schools though to make sure it's Bradley & not Eisenhower. These are all really nice some gated communitites inside loop 1604 & more established neighborhoods. Stoneoak is nice but there are so many houses for sale out there it's crazy, people keep dropping their prices to stay competitive. Either people aren't liking the drive or maybe there were alot of balloon mortgages out there.

You guys have all been incredible.
As soon as I receive info from ya'll I look into it and put it down as yeah or nay in my notebook, LOL

Please do know it's SO helpful in addition to the other info I found here...You have all been great.

Thank you again!

It's weird to me, I am only a couple of hours away, but in SA you can't just find new awesome looking homes and have good schools, I found a great school but a much older home...just diff areas have things diff ways. You really have to search to make sure you get all that you want.

Thank goodness for this site and for all of you!

Default hello

We are moving to SA in August and just bought a home in SOnoma Ranch. There's a clubhouse and pool and lots of kids. My girls are teens and will attend the brand new Brandeis high school. The elementary school is right around the corner on Sonoma Parkwy and the middle school is next to Brandeis. There are new homes an dsome resales that are just a few years old. Lots of amenities nearby.

Some Inwoods are in Northside, some in NEISD. East side of Bitters=NEISD.
