It has better visibility from 1604 than the old Blanco/1604 location so I would expect it to be busy. As to the slow service - not uncommon for a new location. New staff and procedures to iron out. Hopefully they get these issues resolved soon. EZ's is a great place to eat and has great food. I am looking forward to having this just right around the corner from our house.

Having not been there yet - is it just on the first floor or on the second as well?

Better visibility and access from the east, but to access it from the west requires either a turnaround or knowledge of which side street to use from Stone Oak Parkway.

I question why they bothered to put another location there when the Vineyard location failed so badly.

I gotta admit: For a local chain, EZ's is usually quick, quality food at a decent price. Their malts and Alamo Bowl are the two major things that kick me off of healthy eating... So, so good

The Alamo Bowl is my favorite dish they offer with their pizza's a close second.
