Sounds like you may want to check out Westcreek it was started I think 10 years ago and just finished building out, still pretty nice and in perfect position for you in between Culebra and Potranco. Anyone else have any ideas?

Westcreek started in the mid-80's and 3-4 builders are still building in this area (I would guess about 200 lots left). Westcreek has two recreation areas (one developed att), a clubhouse, and two pools.

Wow it was really started that long ago? I grew up on this side of town and I only remember it back from the 90's. Man learn something new everyday.

It's not an established neighborhood, but is VERY nice. You should check out Trophy Ridge. The neighborhood is not too terribly large, all of the neighbors seem to be very nice. It's quiet, has lots of trees, etc. Just a suggestion!

No, not foundation-related. It has to do with the way the structure between the first and second floor is (or in this case wasn't) attached.

Default Culebra and 1560

Hey does anyone know if they are going to build houses in that northwest tract of land at the intersection of Culebra and 1560?? The one with the Stillwater Ranch signs in it. I have seen a couple of maps with a Weidner homes section in it but haven't seen anything yet. Just was wondering if they were going to leave any greenbelts for us out here or if they are going to build on every available tract of land out here???

It's not Stillwater, it's Wiedner - as many as 400 lots may go in there but like Kallison Ranch, they may only be doing prep work. This link below shows the zoning areas around Alamo Ranch and along Culebra.

Considering that Valero paid almost a million for their lot (1560 and Culebra), I can't imagine what they are listing the price for on that piece of property.
