Has anyone received their free tickets from the promotion earlier this month? The rules said to expect the tickets three weeks after the end of the promotion...guess I am just anxious!

Anyone receive theirs early?

HEB had a promotion (not very well advertised I guess) that if you bought certain products you earned Schlitterbahn tickets. Well, actually, you would earn Schlitterbucks to 'buy' Schlitterbahn tickets.

No, they are not available anymore. It was from June 25th to July 2nd. Basically you had to buy 5 items to get 1 schlitterbuck. 3 Schlitterbucks would get you 2 tickets.
The items had to be from certain brands: Pantene, Herbal Essences, Oil of Olay, Crest, Always, Ladies Venus Razors, Tampax, Duracell and Covergirl. It wasn't easy to buy 15 of those items. I basically stocked up on toothpaste and shampoo. I ended up spending 32 dollars and got a ton of healthcare stuff and 2 schlitterbahn tickets.

They didn't advertise it very well.

Sorry for not mentioning it when they were available. I was new, and shy.

To make up for it, would you accept my new info about the big Krystal Burgers giveaway? Show up on July 19th to the new Krystals (on Pat Booker) and receive coupons for free food. They are giving away $5000 dollars worth. Starts at noon.

I know, it's not the same.

I had a co-worker that followed these sort of events and got free food for various places by attending grand openings... she ALWAYS had coupons that we could use for free lunch somewhere. It was awesome, but in some instances she was there before the sun was up to get the stuff. (I know you said this one starts at noon... I'm just saying others she attended had people lined up WAY EARLY)

I'm too lazy for that.
