True.

The outside is painted purple, I have seen construction activity and an OPENING SOON sign is out front.

What kind of restaurant is Purple Garlic? I have never heard of it, is it a corporate rest?

Isn't that crazy? I thought the same thing. They must know that Pizza Hut will be zero competition. Bet Pizza Hut isn't happy.

I'm pretty sure The Purple Garlic was once in business in that area on Austin Highway. I don't remember exactly where (maybe near that air conditioning company?) but I remember them closing and not too long ago I saw their old sign propped up against the side of a building.

The Cerroni's Purple Garlic location on 281 at Thousand Oaks is very good. It's one of my family's favorite places to go for Italian food. Not too fancy/dressy. Not too expensive. It'll be a good addition to any part of town that it goes into.

Correct, the Purple Garlic was first in the Carousel Court at New Braunfels and Nacogdoches then moved to Austin Highway.
