No, I have met the "real" Meryl Streets, she is not Shelly Miles but she does or used to have another personality on another affiliate station, but I forget the name, another made up/play on traffic type name.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Greg Simmons yet! I can't stand that guy. Maybe because IRL he is just a huge douche, so full of himself. I've seen him hit on girls no older than 21 and scoff when they don't know him or refuse his advances. Although this was at a bar, so maybe he was a little tipsy. But I've heard similar stories from other girls as well. This was a couple of years ago as well, don't know how he acts these days. And to put it nicely, he's not much to look at on TV.

Not at all, I just think "awkward" is a great word.

Covers many, many things, on many, many levels. It's a word that should get more usage. But it's sort of an "awkward" word to say.

Henry Guerra and Dan Cook aren't coming back. Neither is Walter Cronkite.
They're all talking heads today, and empty ones at that. All "Action", no "News".

People who like a little opinion thrown in with their news can still count on Chris Marrou to provide it.

Oh totally. My jaw drops several times during the newscast if I watch him. I can't stand him though, but it is entertaining at times.
