Im new to the area and looking for a 1/4 mile turf or cinder running track at a local high school or playground. Im located in the area of Thousand Oaks and John Maltsberger. Thanks.

Closest one I know of would be Blossom Athletic Center @ Jones-Maltsberger & Starcrest. Not sure what accessibility is available for the general public.

I can only run on turf or similar material. I feel like I'm busting my knees if I jog on asphalt or cement.

Wow, i thought sure there would be a high school or playground near that would have a 1/4 mile running track.

How far are you from OP Schnable Park? They got some sports fields...perhaps you could jog on that turf?
