Need some real help. I am relocating to the SA area from NJ and buidling a manufacturing facility in the Schertz area.

I am looking to spend between $400k and $500k on a house proximity to downtown not important but looking north central up to New Braunfels. More important is I have 3 children 12, 9, 8. My oldest 2 are boys and both are very active in athletics. Older son plays club baseball for a state team that travels up and down eastern seaboard and a very good football player. Younger son plays elite baseball. I would be looking for club/travel programs for baseball and solid football program for middle and high schools. if you know any programs, please share. I have references from existing clubs with hope to obtain a try-out for my boys.

The following are my questions that I am thankful if anyone can help with:

- where should I buy? factors are my price range, great schools, and atheltics.

Based on my research there are a decent number of communities I can afford (I can go higher if needed) but I know nothing about communities, athletics and schools.

Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

The Reagan high school baseball team went deep into the playoffs this year and the school has made the football playoffs for two years running. I imagine parents of those players could hook you up with elite external programs. Living in Reagan's attendance area would put you in the northern part of North Central SA. Stone Oak and Rogers Ranch comprise most of Reagan's attendance area.
