My garage is full of them. Thanks for the craigslist advice! I'll be checking that out soon.

Probably already mentioned...but freecycle is a good place to look. Just google it w/ San Antonio and you'll find the group.

For any future movers, I also will have plenty of boxes available after 22 Sep. I would hate to have to throw good moving boxes away.

I checked the recycle bins at the schools - and even tho they say "no cardboard" you will always find cardboard boxes in there.

When we moved I checked, and someone else had just PCS'd in from somewhere, and three PAPER recycle dumpsters were FULL of someone's moving boxes. So I recycled half of them to my house. After that, we recycled them to another family that was moving!

I posted this over three years ago but you're in luck because I have other boxes now. It's a good thing you said you'd pick them up because I'd rather not deliver them anywhere. They're located in Charleston, SC and that's a long drive, so you'd better get started.

Save yourself the trouble and just go to Home Depot for boxes. They have all sorts of sizes and range I price for $0.49 to something like $1.49. You can spend $15 and have all of the suitable, NEW and undamaged boxes you need versus something used that may or may not have chemicals spilled in it, or falling apart.

Check with any Mom and Pop bar or nightclub. Most of them get deliveries form liquor/beer distributors on set days of the week.
