You can see in it the plans for extending the 151 into AR. Scheduled completion for the 151 extension is March 2008. Love it. Also, you can get a feel for the green areas and overall layout of the AR Marketplace.

Yes, it's off 1604 between Hwy 151 (Alamo Ranch Parkway) and Culebra Rd.

Some of the stores mentioned already include:

Costco, JC Penney, Marshalls/Home Goods, SuperTarget, Best Buy, Office Max, Ross, Ulta, Petsmart and Michaels. The same folks who leased The Forum (I-35 and 1604) are leasing AR Marketplace and it's been mentioned in previous articles that they're going after pretty much the same line-up of retail and restaurants as at The Forum.

The same stores are going up everywhere in San Antonio. This place was really under served a while ago, so you see a lot of the same going up all around town.

Default Hwy 151 Extension to SH211 (Toll Road)

Save your quarters and the extension of Hwy 151 to SH211, through AR will be a toll road. This is the only way it will happen as money is not there at this time. Here is a link with a map depicting all the proposed toll roads in San Antonio:

BTW: The environmental impact study of the Hwy 281 (north of Loop 1604) toll road is complete and says no impact.
