They only charged to deliver (as well as $10 per pallet). My "labor" was a couple of college kids I know.

yes. if you return the pallets within 24 or 48 hr. (i forget which), they give you the $10 ea. back.

Did you end up going with a St. Augustine blend (like Reilegh?) Were there any worms in it?

If you main goal is to keep the pooches form tracking in mud...why not use a combination of grasses.

Why not terrace rows of ST A across the slope about every 4 to 5 feet apart depending on budget, this will keep soil in place while grass is setting. fill with some some top soil in between the rows of ST A and seed with rye[fast growing], fescue or bernuda seed...let the strongest grass take over and survive.

rye will give you some quick coverage while the more hardy grass fills in.

This is far-far more dramatic...but the general idea
