What about their Granada project? Anybody heard anything? When we were looking at houses, our realtor really built up the Potranco/1604 growth-- including the fact we would get this great new theatre soon.

Great, another stadium theater in which disabled people have to sit down at the lower screen level to see a movie (and a lot of them can't tip their heads up to see the screen). That's progress, for you...
