I can't believe no one has mentioned the "Fiesta" store (I'm not sure its real name) at the corner of Main and Ashby. They have a large room whose only purpose is to hold pinatas. The last time I was there, however, I didn't see any "High School Musical" stuff, but I know they have "people" pinatas that might work.
