I'll second wCat- buy what you like and get it tailored. You seem pretty discerning, so I imagine that mosts things off the rack wouldn't fit just right anyway. And price doesn't seem like a concern either, so the cost of the tailoring should just be factored into the price of the garment. If you take that approach, you'll find a lot more options. Good luck!

I shop at CORK quite often, it's in the Alamo Heights area, on Sunset and Broadway. They're a small joint, but they might have some stuff you'd be interested in...AND they carry small sizes (oftentimes TOO small, for me anyway LOL):

I know at one time there was a store on Broadway called Cymbol. They carried Yoshi Yamamoto and several other designers that you wouldn't noramlly find here. As far as Tod's is concerned, it has been closed for 2 years. Tod's IMO had the best. They sold Armani, Loro Piana, Gianfranco Ferre, Brioni, and they even had a Hermes boutique. Now you'll have to settle on finding something at either Neiman's, Saks, and/or Nordstrom. At one time Saks did have Commes de Garcon which is something I believe you are looking for but I'm not sure if it's still carried.
