Hey all,

I'd say that 50% of the people I've run into in the past week have had the following symptoms:

Stuffy nose
Plugged ears
Cough

How 'bout you...who else in SA has been affected by this malady? Is it the super dry weather? Allergies? Bug?

Cedar season has started early. The north winds we've had the last couple of days brought the cedar pollen into our area. Ragweed counts have been up lately, too.

What site do you use to check allergies?...mysa just shows a light count of mold.

Oh, Cedar! How I hate thee!

Go and get CedarX...it SOOOO helps me during the cedar fever times.

It is cheap ($20) aromatherapy that REALLY does help!!!

Spotlight on Alternative Health | mySA.com (http://blogs.mysanantonio.com/weblogs/althealth/2007/12/dealing_with_cedar_fever.html - broken link)

Hope this helps!!!

I'm not allergic to anything and I never get sick, but I've had stuffy ears, post-nasal drip and coughs all this week. I thought it was just a fluke but maybe it's the cedar? I've heard CedarX is da bomb so I guess I'll go stock up.

There's something ....two family members have been just flat out sick...started with allergy symptoms and just turned into a bad cold. Thank goodness it only lasted about a week....not one of those 6 week bouts.

I'll take those allergy symptoms any day--the five of us are in various stages of a really bad stomach bug!
Paka, thanks for the info about CedarX--we're planning to get some this week.
