If it is doing this, the signal has been programmed wrong. Report it to the authorities, because it violates the federal standards that allow the flashing yellow arrow.

The light is supposed to flash yellow arrow in the third section from the top. Then it changes to steady yellow arrow in the second section from the top. It should stay this way for three to six seconds. Then it turns to a red arrow in the top section.

DO NOT do this.

That circular light may have no bearing on the left turn signal timing, and you have no legal right to obey it when you have an all-arrow signal face.
