Party Station in Schertz is open on Saturdays when private parties are not scheduled. They announce this on their website and I receive an email about 1 week before this happens.

Funtastic Playland on San Pedro is open for open play on the weekends. They have great specials during the week and can entertain a wide range of ages (1-12). This is their website Funtastic Playland, San Antonio's Ultimate Party and Play Destination! . My playgroup LOVES to go there. Also, they are adding a snack bar with food, drinks, and coffee so you can stay longer.

If you need to get out of the house and meet other moms and kids, there are tons of playgroups on Meetup.com in San Antonio. I know of Stone Oak Moms and several others are based in NE San Antonio like S.A.N.E, The Mommy Connection, Stay At Home Moms, Mom and Kiddo group.... There are others of course, but those are the ones I could think of off the top of my head.

Hi everyone,
The Jumping Jym in New Braunfels is open during the week on Thurs 2-6pm and Fridays 10 to 8pm. They always have open play when they are open. They are open all week during the summer. Thursdays, Fridays before 4 and Sundays are usually good days for younger kids.
