Depends on which I-10 & I-410 your talking about... they cross twice. Once more or less north northwest, the other is definitely east. 28 miles is definitely talking about the eastern intersection. The North one is probably around 10 miles from Culebra & 1604

That probably is a rather easyish commute 151 to 90, then 90 effectively becomes I-10 towards the east side. Avoid all the north and northeast traffic.

Yes, I was talking about the easter intersection of 10/410, you're right. Also the route you suggested is the one he takes. He hits very little traffic (unless there's a wreck) on the way to work!
