What's taking so long to build that gas station?

Are you talking about across from Specht, but actually a little down the road across from those apartments? It is going to be a church, I can't remember the name. There is a sign there somewhere that says what it's going to be.

I just got a flyer in the mail today for the new gas station on Canyon Golf! It states that it is "Coming Soon-Now Hiring".

Canyon Golf Market - 26180 Canyon Golf Rd. - 210-387-7673
(food court, specialty wines, breakfast, bakery & deli, gourmet coffee, touch free car wash)

They will have ice cream, cakes, and smoothies.

It appears that this will be a big help to folks in the Canyon Springs and Lookout Canyon neighborhoods for food, snacks, desserts, gasoline, etc.

Crossbridge Church...they are currently meeting at Reagan High School on Sundays. It is a non-denominational church that my buddy and his family used to go to before they moved away. From what he told me, it is a smaller version of Community Bible Church. They bought the land a few years ago, and they have finally started clearing the land. The building should be ready by this time next year.

I e-mailed a guy named Paul that was on Slater-White Cleaners' website the other day, and he stated the location should be open somewhere around October 1st. They will have 24 hour drop-off.

I heard that there is a Little Caesar's planned, along with a Shipley Donuts.

Oooh I'm excited about Shipley's Donuts!!! We're new to San Antonio (just moved here from Ohio) and haven't had a chance to try them yet. I can't wait to hear what else will be moving in!

I love little caesars - so that excites me. Shipleys kolaches are good - so that is cool too.
