I'm sure there are a few around. There's a Land Rover club - Texas Rovers which meets on Broadway at the Lion & Rose British Pub. You might stop into the Pub to see if anyone knows more.

I'm half English, half Irish myself, but I can't claim to be a Brit, I was born here in the USA

We love british pubs and haven't been to any here in SA yet. Is the Lion & Rose British Pub the only one here? Do they have bangers and mash, pasties, shepherds pie? Scotch eggs? My dh loves those, not my thing personally, I'm just happy we were able to find HP sauce out here!

Coo-ee !!! I'm another Brit living in S.A!
I've only met the odd one or two, and hubby and I seem to be remembered by the nice Liverpudlians that run British Sensations, but apart from that, zippo!
Anyone from Britain living over here on the N.E side?
Love to hear from you!

My co-worker is along with my friend's wife. Some of the northside expats have a pub get together every now and then, not sure on the details.

Hi Shazzner... yes, I did join the British Expat Meetup group on Facebook but never heard anymore from them!
I'm just kinda interested in other Brits' stories as to how they ended up in San Antonio, that kind of thing. Sarah
