Hence the name 'Man v. Food', not 'Man v. Yogurt'

WTF it's "Man vs. Food." Food is supposed to win!

Lulu's is just diner food - really, nothing special. ETA: That sounds bitchy. It's diner food and it's good diner food but it's nothing unusual or new or whatever. The sweet rolls are huge. Not that yummy (the ones I make are better!) but they're huge.

Big Lou's is decent pizza.

Haven't eaten at Chunky's yet (waiting for the inevitable "THIS WAS ON TV" crowds to dissipate), but will soon. I'm not wild about Sam's burgers, so I'm guessing I'll like Chunky's better.

Dropped by Chunky's this evening around 7:45 pm. The place was about half full with plenty of seating. Go to order and the cashier said "there'll be a wait of an hour for your food, is that all right ???"

My response was "the place is half full and you expect me to wait an hour on a lousy hamburger ???? Buh-by...." and we were GONE.
