Does anyone know where I can buy "Salvia Divinorum" ,it goes by "Salvia"

Just wondering if anyone knows of a Plant Nursery or Herb Shop that sells the plant or seeds.

okay, now is this the same type of salvia that my mom buys at nursery's etc...

every summer she buys tons of salvia and plants it all over her backyard --- i am guessing the "drug" one is another type of salvia plant???

Hi,

It's called "Salvia Divinorum" I believe it belongs to the Mint/Sage family,yes people have used it as a drug,but it is used for landscaping purposes which is why I was inquiring about it ,I intend on using it as landscaping in my yard.

Hi,
yes I have read that people take it for hallucinogenic purposes but I intend on using it for landscaping purposes,there are a variety of Salvia and they are beautiful.

Yes...I read that above. I'm wondering why this specific variety since it's not found very easily. I have seen beautiful red, yellow and orange Salvia at local nurseries......how does the variety you're looking for vary from more locally grown plants? I can't access images from this location. If it's very rare, that must mean it doesn't grow well in a lot of places.

I'm just curious because I love to experiment in the garden.....um, but not Willie Nelson style!
