IMO, it's a long time until school's out in June and the weather here is nicer now than it will be in June. Might as well take advantage.

Plus in my case, the kid will be working and it will be harder to fit the college visits around his summer schedule.

Took my daughters shopping today. Two teenage girls shopping . Needless to say, I spent waaaaay too much $$$$. But we had fun .

My youngest is at a church lock-in right now. She started out the house in her "new" jeans, the worn Hollister jeans (VERY worn). My husband made her change because he said it looked tacky. He is so old fashioned.

BTW, she paid for the jeans with her own money. I couldn't bring myself to buy worn out jeans.

thats funny-- I remember when my parents bought me new jeans and I spent hours washing and re-washing them---so they didnt look new.
