No, cornbread dressing. What do you use in your dressing? I use cornbread and dry bread. A lot of people make it differently.

ewww, I will never eat their dressing again. My friend said that one time she remembered when her granddaughter was younger and she was putting butter on the rolls and licking it off and putting it back in the basket. At the time they didn't think anything of it, especially that they were going to be re-used.

OK, so now you have to tell me................. who else does this??? I MUST know!!! And yea, I do realize that life is too short to let this bother me but it is a huge peeve of mine. I am a germ freak

Yes, yes stuffing. I COULD NOT think of the other word for it .
I was thinking that it should be against health dept rules too.
I asked if he was joking and she said no and that he said it like it was no big deal.

You country girl, you.

I think if I had heard that first hand, I'd be calling the health department. That's just wrong.

Well, it is still on my mind and I might just be making that call.
It's just wrong.

I have to agree. Anything that's been ON a table with customers that is not in a container or sealed packet should be tossed. The Mexican restaurants used to get in big trouble for the salsa because of double dippers! Dips are really hard to put quality control on. I heard one the other day that I can't share. EVER!

Oh no, do I dare ask!!!???? That kind of stuff really grosses me out. My in-laws think I'm crazy. Funny thing is..... I have corrupted my husband and now he is worse than I am!!! At family gatherings he gets them for double dipping and my sista-in-law looks at me and says "see what you did?"

No TTG...it was a one time incident (I hope) that was taken care of. We really don't want to know this stuff!

I don't mind DD in my immediate fam....but not at parties. I keep thinking of George on Seinfeld at the funeral reception getting caught double dipping. I miss that show!
