About 50 years ago, my aunt, who was an RN, had the world's most colicky baby (or the story goes anyway ). When I was about 8 years old, I overheard the story about how she wanted to hold that baby's head under the water till it stopped crying! She was so frustrated at the constant, constant crying! Luckily, my uncle would help and take over for her so she could walk away for a bit. That has always stuck with me, that it can happen to anyone, but you just have to walk away when it's safe to do so, and EVENTUALLY the baby will stop crying, and before you know it, they are grown and gone and having babies of their own. My aunt was late 20's, educated, and in the medical profession, and those feelings happened to her. Scary to think of how many people with no support system in place have babies that frustrate them!

OMG that kid is in some serious trouble. That balloon is made of thin plywood and won't withstand a crash.

An expert on CNN just said that the balloon wouldn't be tipping and rotating so much if there was a person in the basket. He thinks there isn't really anyone in there.
