Love Depeche Mode! Do you like New Order as well? Moenia is a Mexican Electronic group popular outside of the US, they sound a little like new wave/electronic. You may want to check them out; love them!

And Joy Division too! Checking out Moenia now. There is also Fangoria from Spain though I do not really listen to them.

New Wave is back! Well some indie bands definitely have the sound.

Here are some more you can find on youtube, I would link but it keeps showing the whole video, which I don't want so many huge squares on my post, search if interested, enjoy.

Selebrities - Time

Horrors - Mirror's Image

Coolrunnings - I am You

Computer Magic - About You

Metronomy - The End Of You Too

That last one is perfect music for the Autobahn.

God, now I wish someone was here to dance with me, got to do it alone. Fun, fun!!!

Check out Buy Synthpop and Electro Pop CDs at A Different Drum - all things indie based out of Utah if you haven't checked it out yet!
I haven't heard of any of the bands you posted but I'm excited; always eager to find new bands.

There is also Intuition, Mesk (from the UK), The Notwist, Iris (based in Austin and Chiago).

Gary Numan, the father of electronic music...

Met him in Frankfurt, German prior to a concert back in the late 90s. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, very friendly, likes to joke around and loves to talk about cars and flying. What was odd is that shortly after his stage persona was completely different, very dark and brooding; but was still a great concert and not only did a I get an autograph, I also got the playlist from the stage floor!

I've been a fan of his for well over 30 years.

Cheers! M2

Nah, not me anyway. I don't do "chat" nor have I for years. I much prefer a slower pace, heh.....
