Awesome. I can't wait for this to grow into something amazing.

I just hope there wont ever be any major kinks or issues with the construction vs the economy.

It's already amazing that a large urban area can be so pedestrian friendly and built for the people, not the infrastructure.
There are so many plusses for living IN the city, not in the burbs.
