So yeah. San Antonio wins the "Bloody HELL it's hot!" award vs. St. Louis. But only because of the not-cooling-off-at-night bit. Humidity is worse in StL, I think.
Sorry, but I disagree with that
because I remember many times in St. Louis when during sunset that I would be standing in the shade, not doing anything at all, and sweating like as if I just ran all the way home from work.

I believe that happens anytime the temperature is 90-95 or higher.

Dops- have you been in SA for a full summer? Here's a site that compares relative humidity both in the mornings and afternoons for each month (yeah, the data is a bit dated..but I'm assuming things haven't changed all that much) . You can compare St. Louis to SA and see that they are fairly close...with SA being more humid in the mornings and STL being more humid in the afternoons...not a big difference.

Great- So now you know that it'll be just as humid here as it is in STL, only the summer is MUCH longer.

You need to include both May and September (early October too) as "summer" months in SA.

Is it really hotter in SA than DFW? Actually, I thought it would be slightly cooler because there would be less of a "heat island" effect, even though it is further South.
Any word yet on the job? Good luck!
