Hey guys, I did a search, but didn't find anything pertinent. I normally mow/edge myself, but my lawnmower needs work, and I'm entirely too busy to fix it & mow it right now. So I'm calling on the collective minds of this forum to lend a hand...

All I need is a quick mow and edge on my front yard, it's very small. It normally takes me less than an hour to to everything, including cleanup, going slow.... I really don't want to pay more than $30, is this even possible? The last time I had to do this was over 5 years ago when I lived in Dallas... I could ask a neighbor, and they'd have no problem helping me, but I don't want to bother them...

Thanks guys... BTW - great forum, it's helped me out a few times...

-J

Actually having a list of recommended lawn care services with prices/services from members of the forum could be a great tool for residents and future residents...

Here's one of the many threads on the topic. Posting services with prices wouldn't actually be very helpful as rates change and everyone may have different size yards. Probably best that you call some of the recommended comapanies and do your own negotiating.
Or just hire the next door neighbor's kid and stop watering the lawn!!
Good luck!

Thanks DJW, I don't know how I could have overlooked that.
