I've wondered what the legal rammifications are having a minor do yard work? What about injuries? How can you possibly know if they are experienced enough to be careful with a lawn mower/weedeater, etc? These aren't the '50's. I've heard plenty of stories about people getting sued by "the old man with a ladder and a chainsaw" who trimmed their trees....
