BM mug. Ouch. Could we not shorten bill miller's to BM? It's hard enough to eat there.

Hi there, if you look at just the tea yes 0.06 cents a glass. But they pay someone to make it for you and bring it to you. 1 table of 4 with 4 drinks to take the order walk back get the drinks with ice, lemon, straw, and sometimes sweetener. That ice doesn't come from thin air. they have an ice machine that cost to run it and maintenance it. Then the employee that walks back and forth to your table to get a drink order for you cost them money. and don't forget you might want to take this drink with you to go. now your talking about a to go cup and the glass cup they all ready gave you that has to be cleaned. Now theirs a dishwasher employee and a dishwasher that needs to be paid and maintenance. So 2.99 for a glass of tea is nothing. restaurants go 6 years before actually making a profit. if you don't like the price then don't go. enough said. by the way the cost of ice tea for a restaurant is about 2.00 after all employees, maintenance, and ordering is done. So glad they made 0.99 off of you. god for bid if they making a living. why don't you complain about home depot or lowes that have a 100% mark up.

Tired of complainers, yet you're complaining about a thread that's 10 years old?
That tea is stale by now.

It can't be easy to run a restaurant, there is so much overhead cost that customers are not aware of. Despite all of that, I still feel that water should be free at least.
