I am sorry you can't compare a fried fish place like Bay Seas to Shuck Shack. Shuck shack is far and away a different class of place. Their raw oyster service is one of the best in the city.

I find that near-impossible to believe. Totally different menus. One is fried crap, the other is actual flown-in-fresh, cold water seafood.

Cibolo Creek Brewing in Boerne. Had a combination charcuterie board, and a Creekside IPA. Both were fantastic. The charcuterie board includes three meats, three cheeses, jam, whole grain mustard, and peppers pickled in beer.

Used to fly from Houston fresh-cut flowers from Hawaii. They were boxed less than 12hours prior.
No reason to think fish would not be fresh also.

Eggspectation on 1604 Friday night...place was a lot larger than it looks! They do offer more than eggs, plus a full bar. However, we stuck to a breakfast type dish, and we were not disappointed. We each had the eggstravaganza, which came with bacon (or a choice of sausage or ham), eggs, lyonnaise potatoes, brioche french toast, and a fruit garnish.

Can't wait to return to sample something else!
