Sir, I can definitely agree with that statement.

As for the cities of Schertz and Cibolo, I will state that both are rapidly growing and both have lots to offer in terms of quality of life. I would recommend both of those cities to anyone interested.

Stone Oak is a great community as well. I have stated that much many times on these forums already.

If one was deciding between Stone Oak and Schertz/Cibolo, then consider yourself lucky.

You can not go wrong with either of those communities.

You can get a nice house in Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Northwood for 500K Olmos Park might be stretching it. The schools that service these areas are excellent. Northwood is in NEISD, the rest are in AHISD. Northwood is in the city of San Antonio, the rest are full independent cities inside San Antonio. These would be neighborhoods that are safe, very well respected and have character. Encino Park/ Stone Oak, could be called antiseptic at best and soulless at worst. They look like anywhere else in the country, strip malls and subdivisions as far as the eye can see for the most part, but they sure are popular.
