Boo Watermark!
We were not impressed when we stayed there. Took them 45 minutes to find our reservation--even though we had our confirmation number. Then, they said "we'll let you have a room, but you'll have to wait for us to clean it." No apologies were ever given--we just had to hang out in the lobby. IMHO, why pay money to be treated poorly? We won't be back!

The Watermark is a very nice hotel, and secure(a big plus). I would recommend it as the best downtown hotel and spa in the city. Rooms are nicely appointed. The restaurant is rather lackluster and would make a point of eating elsewhere, though they make killer margarita's.

We were not impressed when we stayed there. Took them 45 minutes to find our reservation--even though we had our confirmation number. Then, they said "we'll let you have a room, but you'll have to wait for us to clean it." No apologies were ever given--we just had to hang out in the lobby. IMHO, why pay money to be treated poorly? We won't be back!
