yes... I worked on several projects that Ken designed. He is a very artistic, unique, and talented architect. His designs are primarily modern/contemporary.

Default Airy, contemporary and low maintenence

See Ken's work on the corner of Laburnum and Nacogdoches Rd or it may be Oakhurst (1 blk away), but it is the only "new" home there. Also, his son lives on Burr Rd, 2nd or third home east of New Braunfels. Unmistakable Ken. Good quality stuff. I am sure there are many others, I just don't know where they are.

If you meet Ken personally, nuf said. I know him and were I in a position to afford having him build a home, I would not hesitate.

In Terrell Hills on Winchester between Morningside and Wiltshire. a white Contemporary on the East side of the street, was his home in the Mid 90's.

I also concur that, if you can afford him, he is the man.

Make that Exeter, not Winchester. The property on Burr is the 3rd house.

Ken Bentley designed an absolute knock out home for me and my wife which we built in Boerne about 12 years ago on 30 acres. We have enjoyed it more than any house we ever lived in, including our previous Dominion home. Ken doesn't design the typical glitzy overdone work that so often passes itself off as contemporary. his homes are well planned and thought out unique works of art that as one lives in there they become even more comfortable.I would unhesitatingly recommend Ken to anyone who has a serious desire to build a special significant home that you will enjoy for many years to come.
