Why the need of a tax attorney? Most CPAs could help set up a set of Quick Books and prepare your return. If you need to incorporate or set up a tax ID, you can do these yourself.

If you have any questions along these lines, DM and I can help. I have set up several companies and the paperwork is not that hard.

I want to thank WilGar publicly for the help he extended me. The willingness to help a stranger is not commonly found nowadays. He has been very helpful to me in his advice. It is so good to have someone like him in this kind of community board.

If You are still out there WilGar, I am in need of a Tax attorney in San Antonio on an old IRS income tax return (1993). If Wil isn't around, I'm open to someone's suggestions.

Still here. What happened in 1993, did you not file?
